		<description>I'm not familiar with the CAN bus coming as I do from the Aerospace Industry. The "timeliness" or the age of the data is dependent on the number of kilobits or megabits per second, the overhead of synchronization bits, "dead" time between messages, number of bytes in the message indicating the data source (and possibly the destination) and the number of transmitters on the bus. It also depends on how well the bus precludes "clashes" or collisions where two or more transmitters overlap transmissions. Also, the more sources on the bus causes longer and longer lags between sensor measurement and the actual value arriving at its ultimate destination. These are critical considerations in the Aerospace Industry and will only incease in significance in the Automotive, Motorcycle, etc. applications.</description>
